A behind the scenes look into our THE LOVE CLUB event.
On the first day of Summer we gathered some of our instructor and studio community to reflect on and celebrate the year that was.
Our dear friend, yoga and breath work facilitator Kate Kendall held a restorative session at Flow Athletic designed to give back to the very people who are always giving so much of themselves to help us all feel happy and well.
Following the session our guests joined us for a psychic session with Amy Catania and joyous moments of connection over a few wines.
