Please note that some the Website may be co-branded and offered in conjunction with websites and/or services provided by unrelated third parties. 1. Use of service by children

The Upside website is not intended for children under the age of 13. When a visitor indicates an age under 13, the registration process for The Upside website cannot be completed, and no personally identifying information is collected in conjunction with that attempted submission except that we retain e-mail addresses of such persons (and record of access attempts) for purposes of denying registration. (c) engage in any copyright infringement or other intellectual property infringement, or disclose any trade secret or confidential information in violation of a confidentiality, employment, or non-disclosure agreement or otherwise;

(d) use, distribute, reproduce or commercialise any content from the Website or The Upside service except as permitted by this Policy, by law, and with prior written agreement from The Upside;

5. Security

The Upside works with secure data networks protected passwords. We use security measures in order to safeguard your identifying details. We also limit access to personal information to our and our affiliates' employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide our products and services to you.

If a members name and password is used to help to protect your account from unauthorized access, you must keep such login data confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone.

We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card number of transacting an order. The entire number credit card number will be transmitted to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

You should protect your password and any unauthorised access to your computer. If you have used a shared computer you must ensure that you sign out.
